Yodel: Perfect!

We had a Yodel delivery this week, and having heard stories about other delivery services (not good) I wasn't expecting this to be anything special, but it was. From the start, the communication from Yodel was excellent, providing decent updates on what to expect (day of delivery and that they would provide a delivery time window). It all happened seamlessly. We had the message providing a delivery window, which also mentioned that if we were not in that would not be a problem. The delivery happened 30 minutes within the time window. It couldn't have been better! Thanks Yodel!
