Thameslink: Good people

Whatever we may say about a rail company like Thameslink, the good people on the ground who make it all work for us deserve not only respect, but also a very big thank you. I travelled today, and was stupid enough to lose one of my return tickets. I explained this to the Thameslink staff at the station and they were so helpful that I felt that I must acknowledge this today. They are dedicated people, and there to help us on our daily travels. And I bet they get a whole load of bad experiences from us passengers, and not enough positive feedback. Well, I hope this makes at least a small difference! Thank you to the staff at Thameslink!
