Spire Healthcare: Spire Harpenden - unbelievably poor service

We have used the private Spire Harpenden hospital in the UK for a regular private consultation with a consultant haematologist for 5 years.

And we trusted her.

But then we moved to Cornwall, and on the final Spire appointment the consultant haematologist said that she would contact a specialist in Truro and transfer us.

We waited a year, nothing happened. 

We had to make all the changes ourselves.

This is a shocking dereliction of duty from Spire in Harpenden. 

I will name the consultant if Spire do not reply.
