Ocado: Upped their game!

Ocado have improved massively for our household. It is so noticeable that something must have changed for the positive within Ocado. Over the past couple of years we have had various minor complaints (well, things that could perhaps be better). For example, the dates on items was at times not what we would have chosen if we were to have selected the item ourselves off the shelf. And of course the substitutions. It is always frustrating when something you want is substituted for something you don't want. But it seems that all those fairly minor issues have been dealt with. Thank you Ocado! For example, the substitutions are now almost nonexistent. And the dates on the items are so much better than they were. Ocado are certainly on an upward trajectory, and we are happy to benefit from their improvements. When I consider the pressure to perform during the pandemic, Ocado stepped up, no doubt about that! If you haven't tried Ocado yet, you should, highly recommended.
