Ocado were caught napping to a certain extent when COVID happened. But who would have thought that the whole nation would suddenly be in lockdown, and depending on online grocery delivery. You cannot blame Ocado for that. When everyone suddenly realised that they were entering lockdown and tried Ocado, the obvious choice, the Ocado website struggled to say the least. But Ocado stepped up, and are doing an amazing job servicing the nations needs during this crisis. All thanks to the amazing talent they have working for them. Thank you Ocado!
