Ocado: Almost as good as shopping yourself

Ocado are the best in the world at what they do. They do online grocery shopping better than any other service provider because they have the best technology and talent to deliver this. They really are amazing at what they do. So I am now going to be just a bit critical, as a customer. There are some things that are better done when you shop yourself. I would not, for example, pick a cauliflower that was the size of a golf ball. Nor would I pick an chilled item that had a 'use by' date two days ahead. This may be a little harsh, but Ocado want to change the way we shop, and they depend on their service being better than the normal 'real time' experience. Ocado are amazing. They have delivered such an outstanding service for those of us lucky enough to be able to use their service. I am however looking forward to getting out and browsing the aisles very soon.
