LATAM Airlines: Very impressed

We have flown LATAM a few times in recent years, and we were doing the same recently, in Brazil. I always find the staff so helpful, especially when they realise that we are not Portuguese speakers. They cannot do more. So when we had our internal flight cancelled at the end of our recent stay in Brazil, it was a worry. The LATAM website (from the email notification) had options, and we selected one, and it worked perfectly. This was, I am sure, all driven by COVID, which is putting all airlines under tremendous pressure. But we were fine, and I thank LATAM for their excellent service!
