JustPark: Shocking service

For the second time, we arrive at a car park in Cornwall, and are not able to pay for parking using the JustPark app.
So there I am, standing by my car wanting to go about my business in Falmouth, with the JustPark app open on my mobile.
The logo spins for a few minutes, then tells me that there is no Internet connection, despite me having a strong 4G signal.
In other words, their service timed-out on me, several times. It seems that JustPark cannot support the demand, and probably have either an inadequate IT infrastructure (although I suspect it sits in public Cloud somewhere), or their app is poorly written, and a senior management layer that is perhaps not doing enough for the infrastructure team to deliver a robust service.
This post is not about my experience, even though it has happened to me on the last two occasions, it is to acknowledge that JustPark is yet another service provider that is ignoring the role it needs to play - to make sure that their customers can turn up somewhere, perhaps for an important appointment, and not be held up unnecessarily.
