Finnair: Unreliable, and reckless

We were told by Finnair after about two days in Finland that we should move our flight back home to another day because of industrial action. I then spent a lot of time on the phone to BA trying to move our flight. British Airways, who we booked the flight with were unable to move us to the flight the next day. We were desperate because we needed to get home on that day. 

We paid a lot of money to buy business class seats home because BA were not able to transfer us, because Finnair did not allow that.
