Day Lewis Pharmacy: It takes so long!

This may or may not be a fault of Day Lewis Pharmacy. But either way, when I submit a request for medication to the surgery and go to Day Lewis Pharmacy in St Austell to collect the prescription a week later, I will be left waiting more than 20 minutes while they prepare it. Sometimes (many times) more than 20 minutes.
And this all happens in a fairly small area in the pharmacy which is typically packed with people also waiting. Many will be queueing outside.
Not a great experience, and as I say, I am not sure where the problem lies, but it reflects badly on Day Lewis Pharmacy regardless.
I felt compelled to share this experience because we have recently moved to Cornwall. Before Cornwall we were living in Ampthill, Bedfordshire, and picking up a prescription was consistently a two minute job from Cheesemans, not Day Lewis.
When we made a request in Ampthill online it was ready to collect in less than three days. Amazing.
We will have to move to a different pharmacy, which we don't want to do but have not option. Day Lewis Pharmacy are not performing well enough where we live.

We went to pick up a prescription before Day Lewis pharmacy in St Austell opened yesterday (Friday). Already a queue, they had trouble finding our prescription. A lot of back and forth. And this is at 8.30 in the morning! We have moved to Asda Pharmacy.

we moved from Day Lewis in St Austell because of the hassle when collecting prescriptions. ASDA is so quick and easy by comparison.
