British Airways: British Airways let us down

We travelled Finnair to Helsinki in June 2025. On day two of our time in Finland Finnair sent a txt telling us to change our flight home because of industrial action. We contacted British Airways who were useless. Theu couldn't transfer us to another flight.

Finnair didn't cancel our flight, but we had to purchase another flight home because BA were not able to trasfer us. It was a very expensive flight home.

British Airways are a disgrace.
