Amazon: Outstanding service

Amazon come in for a fair amount of criticism, but my recent experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) was very good indeed. I know that Amazon as a company has a keen (bordering on obsessive) focus on customer service, and this was proven in my case. Without going in to too much detail, my account had been compromised and blockchain thieves decided that they would use the account to fuel their misguided venture. AWS were on the case immediately, and assisted in resolving the issue very promptly. It really was a first class service, thanks Amazon!
